In the 2019 Lok Sabha general elections, Arvind Dharmapuri of BJP won in this seat defeating Kalvakuntla Kavitha of TRS by a margin of 70,875 votes which was 6.67% of the total votes cast for the seat. BJP had a vote share of 45.2% in 2019 in this seat.

In 2014, Kalvakuntla Kavitha of TRS emerged victorious in this seat beating Madhu Yaskhi Goud of INC by a margin of 1,67,184 votes which was 15.63% of the total votes polled in the constituency. TRS secured a vote share of 41.06% in the seat.

In the 2009 Lok Sabha elections, Madhu Yaskhi Goud of INC won this seat beating Bigala Ganesh Gupta of TRS by a margin of 60,390 votes which was 6.77% of the total votes polled in the constituency. INC had a vote share of 33.26% in the seat.
