In the 2019 Lok Sabha general elections, Kanakmal Katara of BJP won in this seat defeating Tarachand Bhagora of INC by a margin of 3,05,464 votes which was 21.22% of the total votes cast for the seat. BJP had a vote share of 49.42% in 2019 in this seat.

In 2014, Manshankar Ninama of BJP emerged victorious in this seat beating Resham Malviya of INC by a margin of 91,916 votes which was 7.85% of the total votes polled in the constituency. BJP secured a vote share of 49.3% in the seat.

In the 2009 Lok Sabha elections, Tarachand Bhagora of INC won this seat beating Hakaru Maida of BJP by a margin of 1,99,418 votes which was 25.9% of the total votes polled in the constituency. INC had a vote share of 53.67% in the seat.
