In the June 23, 2022 bypolls for Sangrur Lok Sabha constituency, Simranjit Singh Mann of SADA won from this seat defeating Gurmail Singh of AAP by a margin of 5,822 votes which was 0.82% of the total votes cast for the seat. SADA had a vote share of 35.54% in the bye-elections.

In the 2019 Lok Sabha general elections, Bhagwant Mann of AAP won in this seat defeating Kewal Singh Dhillon of INC by a margin of 1,10,211 votes which was 9.97% of the total votes cast for the seat. AAP had a vote share of 37.35% in 2019 in this seat.

In 2014, Bhagwant Mann of AAP emerged victorious in this seat beating Sukhdev Singh Dhindsa of SAD by a margin of 2,11,721 votes which was 34.18% of the total votes polled in the constituency. AAP secured a vote share of 86.08% in the seat.
