In the 2019 Lok Sabha general elections, Tokheho Yepthomi of NDPP won in this seat defeating K L Chishi of INC by a margin of 16,344 votes which was 1.62% of the total votes cast for the seat. NDPP had a vote share of 49.68% in 2019 in this seat.

In 2014, Neiphiu Rio of NPF emerged victorious in this seat beating K V Pusa of INC by a margin of 4,00,225 votes which was 38.52% of the total votes polled in the constituency. NPF secured a vote share of 68.67% in the seat.

In the 2009 Lok Sabha elections, C M Chang of NPF won this seat beating K Asungba Sangtam of INC by a margin of 4,83,021 votes which was 40.6% of the total votes polled in the constituency. NPF had a vote share of 69.95% in the seat.

In the 2019 Lok Sabha general elections, Tokheho Yepthomi of NDPP won in this constituency beating K L Chishi of INC by a margin of 16,344 votes which was 1.62% of the total votes cast. In 2014, Neiphiu Rio of NPF was the winner in this seat beating K V Pusa of INC by a margin of 4,00,225 votes which was 38.52% of the total votes polled in the constituency. In the 2009 Lok Sabha elections, C M Chang of NPF won this seat defeating K Asungba Sangtam of INC by a margin of 4,83,021 votes which was 40.6% of the total votes polled for the seat.
