In the 2019 Lok Sabha general elections, Omprakash Bhupalsinh Alias Pawan Rajenimbalkar of SS won in this seat defeating Ranajagjitsinha Padmasinha Patil of NCP by a margin of 1,27,566 votes which was 10.59% of the total votes cast for the seat. SS had a vote share of 49.52% in 2019 in this seat.
In 2014, Gaikwad Ravindra Vishwanath of SS emerged victorious in this seat beating Patil Padmasinha Bajirao of NCP by a margin of 2,34,325 votes which was 20.96% of the total votes polled in the constituency. SS secured a vote share of 54.35% in the seat.
