In the 2019 Lok Sabha general elections, Dr Heena Vijaykumar Gavit of BJP won in this seat defeating Adv K C Padavi of INC by a margin of 95,629 votes which was 7.46% of the total votes cast for the seat. BJP had a vote share of 49.76% in 2019 in this seat.

In 2014, Gavit Hina Vijaykumar of BJP emerged victorious in this seat beating Gavit Manikrao Hodlya of INC by a margin of 1,06,905 votes which was 9.57% of the total votes polled in the constituency. BJP secured a vote share of 51.89% in the seat.

In the 2009 Lok Sabha elections, Gavit Manikrao Hodlya of INC won this seat beating Gavit Sharad Krushnrao of SP by a margin of 40,843 votes which was 5.33% of the total votes polled in the constituency. INC had a vote share of 36.01% in the seat.
