In the 2019 Lok Sabha general elections, Danve Raosaheb Dadarao of BJP won in this seat defeating Autade Vilas Keshavrao of INC by a margin of 3,32,815 votes which was 27.55% of the total votes cast for the seat. BJP had a vote share of 57.73% in 2019 in this seat.

In 2014, Danve Raosaheb Dadarao of BJP emerged victorious in this seat beating Autade Vilas Keshavrao of INC by a margin of 2,06,798 votes which was 19.39% of the total votes polled in the constituency. BJP secured a vote share of 55.47% in the seat.
