In the 2019 Lok Sabha general elections, Pritam Gopinathrao Munde of BJP won in this seat defeating Bajrang Manohar Sonwane of NCP by a margin of 1,68,368 votes which was 12.45% of the total votes cast for the seat. BJP had a vote share of 50.11% in 2019 in this seat.

In 2014, Munde Gopinathrao of BJP emerged victorious in this seat beating Dhas Suresh Ramchandra of NCP by a margin of 1,36,454 votes which was 11.07% of the total votes polled in the constituency. BJP secured a vote share of 51.61% in the seat.

In the 2009 Lok Sabha elections, Munde Gopinathrao Pandurang of BJP won this seat beating Kokate Ramesh Baburao (Adaskar) of NCP by a margin of 1,40,952 votes which was 13.12% of the total votes polled in the constituency. BJP had a vote share of 51.58% in the seat.
