In the 2019 Lok Sabha general elections, Durga Das (D D) Uikey of BJP won in this seat defeating Ramu Tekam (Advocate) of INC by a margin of 3,60,241 votes which was 26.53% of the total votes cast for the seat. BJP had a vote share of 59.72% in 2019 in this seat.

In 2014, Jyoti Dhurve of BJP emerged victorious in this seat beating Ajay Shah 'Makrai' of INC by a margin of 3,28,614 votes which was 31.36% of the total votes polled in the constituency. BJP secured a vote share of 61.43% in the seat.

In the 2009 Lok Sabha elections, Jyoti Dhurve of BJP won this seat beating Ojharam Evane of INC by a margin of 97,317 votes which was 15.29% of the total votes polled in the constituency. BJP had a vote share of 52.62% in the seat.
