In the 2019 Lok Sabha general elections, Col Rajyavardhan Rathore of BJP won in this seat defeating Krishna Poonia of INC by a margin of 3,93,171 votes which was 30.8% of the total votes cast for the seat. BJP had a vote share of 64.09% in 2019 in this seat.

In 2014, Rajyavardhan Singh Rathore of BJP emerged victorious in this seat beating Dr CP Joshi of INC by a margin of 3,32,896 votes which was 32.84% of the total votes polled in the constituency. BJP secured a vote share of 62.44% in the seat.

In the 2009 Lok Sabha elections, Lal Chand Kataria of INC won this seat beating Rao Rajendra Singh of BJP by a margin of 52,237 votes which was 7.6% of the total votes polled in the constituency. INC had a vote share of 40.51% in the seat.
