In the 2019 Lok Sabha general elections, Supriya Sule of NCP won in this seat defeating Kanchan Rahul Kool of BJP by a margin of 1,55,774 votes which was 11.94% of the total votes cast for the seat. NCP had a vote share of 52.53% in 2019 in this seat.
In 2014, Supriya Sule of NCP emerged victorious in this seat beating Mahadev Jagannath Jankar of RHSP by a margin of 69,719 votes which was 6.52% of the total votes polled in the constituency. NCP secured a vote share of 48.79% in the seat.
