    The biggest election year in India closes with elections for 288 Assembly constituencies in Maharashtra, 81 Assembly constituencies in Jharkhand along with by-elections in 48 Assembly seats and two Lok Sabha seats across 15 different states. The voting is scheduled to take place in two phases on November 13 and 20, 2024 and the counting of votes for the total of 419 seats is set for November 23, 2024.
