In the 2018 Rajasthan Assembly elections, Prithviraj of INC won in this seat defeating Ramesh Chand of BJP by a margin of 73,306 which was 44.6% of the total votes cast for the seat. INC had a vote share of 65.51% in 2018 in this seat.
In 2013, Ghanshyam of INC emerged victorious in this seat beating Prathviraj Meena of NPEP by a margin of 7,009 votes which was 4.88% of the total votes polled in the constituency. INC had a vote share of 35.5% in the seat.
In the 2008 elections, Kirodi Lal of IND won this seat beating Matadeen of IND by a margin of 33,912 votes which was 21.82% of the total votes polled in the constituency. IND had a vote share of 56.14% in the seat.
