In the 2018 Rajasthan Assembly elections, Bhanwarlal Sharma of INC won in this seat defeating Ashok Kumar of BJP by a margin of 16,816 which was 8.17% of the total votes cast for the seat. INC had a vote share of 46.31% in 2018 in this seat.
In 2013, Bhanwarlal of INC emerged victorious in this seat beating Ashok Kumar of BJP by a margin of 7,057 votes which was 3.92% of the total votes polled in the constituency. INC had a vote share of 48.21% in the seat.
In the 2008 elections, Ashok Kumar of BJP won this seat beating Bhanwar Lal of INC by a margin of 9,774 votes which was 6.45% of the total votes polled in the constituency. INC had a vote share of 48.77% in the seat.
