In the 2018 Rajasthan Assembly elections, Krishna Poonia of INC won in this seat defeating Manoj Nyangali of BSP by a margin of 18,084 which was 10.19% of the total votes cast for the seat. INC had a vote share of 39.45% in 2018 in this seat.

In 2013, Manoj Kumar of BSP emerged victorious in this seat beating Kamla of BJP by a margin of 4,826 votes which was 3.09% of the total votes polled in the constituency. BSP had a vote share of 38.21% in the seat.

In the 2008 elections, Kamla Kaswan of BJP won this seat beating Virendra Singh of BSP by a margin of 6,595 votes which was 5.06% of the total votes polled in the constituency. BSP had a vote share of 36.23% in the seat.
