In the 2018 Rajasthan Assembly elections, Gurmeet Singh Kooner of INC won in this seat defeating Prithipal Singh of IND by a margin of 28,376 which was 14.97% of the total votes cast for the seat. INC had a vote share of 38.98% in 2018 in this seat.
In 2013, Surender Pal Singh of BJP emerged victorious in this seat beating Gurmeet Singh of INC by a margin of 3,853 votes which was 2.29% of the total votes polled in the constituency. BJP had a vote share of 41.71% in the seat.
In the 2008 elections, Gurmeet Singh Kunnar of IND won this seat beating Surender Pal Singh of BJP by a margin of 6,095 votes which was 4.29% of the total votes polled in the constituency. BJP had a vote share of 32.38% in the seat.
