In the 2018 Rajasthan Assembly elections, Gotam Lal of BJP won in this seat defeating Nagraj of INC by a margin of 23,842 which was 12.27% of the total votes cast for the seat. BJP had a vote share of 49.65% in 2018 in this seat.
In 2013, Gotam Lal of BJP emerged victorious in this seat beating Nagraj of INC by a margin of 7,174 votes which was 4.19% of the total votes polled in the constituency. BJP had a vote share of 38.48% in the seat.
