In the 2018 Rajasthan Assembly elections, Amar Singh of INC won in this seat defeating Dr Ritu Banawat of BJP by a margin of 6,695 which was 3.87% of the total votes cast for the seat. INC had a vote share of 50.3% in 2018 in this seat.
In 2013, Bachchu Singh of BJP emerged victorious in this seat beating Ritu Banavat of IND by a margin of 5,811 votes which was 4.07% of the total votes polled in the constituency. BJP had a vote share of 30.69% in the seat.
In the 2008 elections, Gyarsaram of BJP won this seat beating Munni Devi of BSP by a margin of 8,755 votes which was 8.25% of the total votes polled in the constituency. BSP had a vote share of 30.18% in the seat.
