In the 2018 Rajasthan Assembly elections, Arjun Singh Bamniya of INC won in this seat defeating Hakru Maida of BJP by a margin of 18,366 which was 9.01% of the total votes cast for the seat. INC had a vote share of 43.38% in 2018 in this seat.
In 2013, Dhan Singh Rawat of BJP emerged victorious in this seat beating Arjun Singh Bamaniya of INC by a margin of 30,061 votes which was 16.89% of the total votes polled in the constituency. BJP had a vote share of 48.68% in the seat.
In the 2008 elections, Arjun Singh Bamaniya of INC won this seat beating Dhansingh Rawat of BJP by a margin of 15,849 votes which was 12.18% of the total votes polled in the constituency. BJP had a vote share of 36.7% in the seat.
