In the 2018 Rajasthan Assembly elections, Mahendrajeet Singh Malviya of INC won in this seat defeating Khemraj Garasiya of BJP by a margin of 21,310 which was 10.77% of the total votes cast for the seat. INC had a vote share of 49.35% in 2018 in this seat.
In 2013, Mahendrajeet Singh Malviya of INC emerged victorious in this seat beating Khemraj Garasiya of BJP by a margin of 14,325 votes which was 8.74% of the total votes polled in the constituency. INC had a vote share of 49.42% in the seat.
In the 2008 elections, Mahendrajeet Singh of INC won this seat beating Jeetmalkhant of JDU by a margin of 44,689 votes which was 37.27% of the total votes polled in the constituency. JDU had a vote share of 63.48% in the seat.
