In the 2019 Maharashtra Assembly elections, Aaditya Uddhav Thackeray of SS won in this constituency beating Adv (Dr ) Suresh Mane of NCP by a margin of 67,182 votes which was 52.05% of the total votes cast. In 2014, Sunil Govind Shinde of SS was the winner in this seat beating Ahir Sachin Mohan of NCP by a margin of 23,012 votes which was 15.52% of the total votes polled in the constituency. In the 2009 Assembly elections, Ahir Sachin Mohan of NCP won this seat defeating Ashish Chemburkar of SS by a margin of 5,294 votes which was 3.82% of the total votes polled for the seat.
