In the 2019 Maharashtra Assembly elections, Amit Subhashrao Zanak of INC won in this constituency beating Anantrao Vitthalrao Deshmukh of IND by a margin of 1,963 votes which was 00.96% of the total votes cast. In 2014, Ameet Subhashrao Zanak of INC was the winner in this seat beating Jadhav Vijay Tulsiram of BJP by a margin of 16,808 votes which was 9.1% of the total votes polled in the constituency. In the 2009 Assembly elections, Zanak Subhashrao Ramrao of INC won this seat defeating Anantrao Vitthalrao Deshmukh of IND by a margin of 3,040 votes which was 1.91% of the total votes polled for the seat.
