In the 2019 Maharashtra Assembly elections, Adv Rahul Uattamrao Dhikle of BJP won in this constituency beating Balasaheb Mahadu Sanap of NCP by a margin of 12,081 votes which was 06.67% of the total votes cast. In 2014, Balasaheb Mahadu Sanap of BJP was the winner in this seat beating Chandrakant (Raju Anna) Pandurang Lavte of SS by a margin of 46,374 votes which was 27.74% of the total votes polled in the constituency. In the 2009 Assembly elections, Adv Dhikale Uttamrao Nathuji of MNS won this seat defeating Sanap Balasaheb Mahadu of BJP by a margin of 18,735 votes which was 13.44% of the total votes polled for the seat.
