In 2014, Kolhe Snehalata Bipindada of BJP was the winner in this seat beating Aashutosh Ashokrao Kale of SS by a margin of 29,270 votes which was 14.89% of the total votes polled in the constituency. In the 2009 Assembly elections, Kale Ashokrao Shankarrao of SS won this seat defeating Bipindada Shankarrao Kolhe of NCP by a margin of 6,691 votes which was 3.86% of the total votes polled for the seat.
