In the 2019 Maharashtra Assembly elections, Patni Rajendra Sukhanand of BJP won in this constituency beating Dahake Prakash Uttamrao of NCP by a margin of 22,948 votes which was 12.31% of the total votes cast. In 2014, Patni Rajendra Sukhanand of BJP was the winner in this seat beating Punjani Mo Yusuf of BBM by a margin of 4,147 votes which was 2.26% of the total votes polled in the constituency. In the 2009 Assembly elections, Dahake Prakash Uttamrao of NCP won this seat defeating Patni Rajendra Sukhanand of SS by a margin of 30,375 votes which was 18.79% of the total votes polled for the seat.
