Kalyan Tehsil (Part), Kalyan Dombivali Municipal Corporation (Part) - Ward No. 31 to 34, 51 to 56, 66, 67 and 69 to 77, Kalyan Revenue Circle(Part)- Nilje and Hedutane Saza.

This constituency covers an approximate area of 126.32 square kilometers and the geographic coordinates of Sabalagadh is: 19°10'01.9"N 73°04'14.2"E.

In 2014, Bhoir Subhash Ganu of SS was the winner in this seat beating Ramesh Ratan Patil of MNS by a margin of 44,212 votes which was 26.39% of the total votes polled in the constituency. In the 2009 Assembly elections, Ramesh Ratan Patil of MNS won this seat defeating Mhatre Ramesh Sukarya of SS by a margin of 9,507 votes which was 7.69% of the total votes polled for the seat.
