In the 2018 Madhya Pradesh Assembly elections, Chetanya Kasyap of BJP won in this seat defeating Premlata Dave of INC by a margin of 43,435 which was 30.06% of the total votes cast for the seat. BJP had a vote share of 63.66% in 2018 in this seat.
In 2013, Chetanya Kumar Kashyap of BJP emerged victorious in this seat beating Smt Adity Dawesar of INC by a margin of 40,305 votes which was 30.52% of the total votes polled in the constituency. BJP had a vote share of 57.7% in the seat.
In the 2008 elections, Paras Dada of IND won this seat beating Himmat Kothari of BJP by a margin of 31,074 votes which was 30.2% of the total votes polled in the constituency. BJP had a vote share of 60.62% in the seat.
