In the 2018 Madhya Pradesh Assembly elections, Kunwar Pradyumna Singh Lodhi (Munna Bhaiya) of INC won in this seat defeating Lalita Yadav of BJP by a margin of 15,779 which was 10.61% of the total votes cast for the seat. INC had a vote share of 45.16% in 2018 in this seat.

In 2013, Ahir Rekha Yadav of BJP emerged victorious in this seat beating Tilak Singh Lodhi of INC by a margin of 1,514 votes which was 1.16% of the total votes polled in the constituency. BJP had a vote share of 31.93% in the seat.

In the 2008 elections, Rekha of BJSH won this seat beating Manjula Sheel Dewdiya of INC by a margin of 6,522 votes which was 6.7% of the total votes polled in the constituency. INC had a vote share of 28.64% in the seat.
