6th Jharkhand Vidhan Sabha Elections
Jharkhand will go to polls for its 81-member Assembly in November 2024. The ruling Jharkhand Mukti Morcha (JMM), which is a part of the INDIA bloc, will face-off against the National Democratic Alliance (NDA), which includes the All Jharkhand Students Union (AJSU), Janata Dal-United (JDU) and Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP). The current term of the State Assembly will conclude on January 5, 2025.
