In the 2019 Haryana Assembly elections, Dharam Singh Chhoker of INC won in this constituency beating Shashi Kant Kaushik of BJP by a margin of 14,942 votes which was 09.52% of the total votes cast. In 2014, Ravinder Machhrouli of IND was the winner in this seat beating Dharm Singh Chhoker of INC by a margin of 20,373 votes which was 13.54% of the total votes polled in the constituency. In the 2009 Assembly elections, Dharm Singh of HJCBL won this seat defeating Sanjay Chhoker of INC by a margin of 13,451 votes which was 11.99% of the total votes polled for the seat.
