In the 2019 Haryana Assembly elections, Mewa Singh of INC won in this constituency beating Dr. Pawan Saini of BJP by a margin of 12,637 votes which was 09.17% of the total votes cast. In 2014, Dr Pawan Saini of BJP was the winner in this seat beating Bachan Kaur Barshami of INLD by a margin of 2,992 votes which was 2.18% of the total votes polled in the constituency. In the 2009 Assembly elections, Sher Singh Barshami of INLD won this seat defeating Kailasho Saini of INC by a margin of 2,505 votes which was 2.23% of the total votes polled for the seat.
