In the 2019 Haryana Assembly elections, Vinod Bhayana of BJP won in this constituency beating Rahul Makkar of JJP by a margin of 22,260 votes which was 17.43% of the total votes cast. In 2014, Renuka Bishnoi of HJCBL was the winner in this seat beating Umed Singh Lohan of INLD by a margin of 14,652 votes which was 11.2% of the total votes polled in the constituency. In the 2009 Assembly elections, Vinod Bhayana of HJCBL won this seat defeating Chattar Pal Singh of INC by a margin of 6,283 votes which was 5.91% of the total votes polled for the seat.
