In 2014, Naina Singh Chautala of INLD was the winner in this seat beating Dr Kamalvir Singh of INC by a margin of 8,545 votes which was 5.48% of the total votes polled in the constituency. In the 2009 Assembly elections, Ajay Singh Chautala of INLD won this seat defeating Dr K V Singh of INC by a margin of 12,108 votes which was 8.87% of the total votes polled for the seat.
