The geographic coordinates of Tughlakabad Assembly constituency are: 28°32'48.5"N 77°15'50.8"E. This constituency falls in South East district of Delhi and in the South Delhi region. Tughlakabad shares its borders with four other Assembly constituencies. Other Delhi Assembly constituencies adjacent to Tughlakabad are: Sangam Vihar, Kalkaji, Okhla, Badarpur. This constituency shares an inter-state border with Haryana.
There were a total of 2,04,561 registered voters on the electoral rolls for the 2025 Assembly election in Tughlakabad Assembly constituency, of which 1,18,107 were male, 86,446 female and 8 of the third gender.
