The geographic coordinates of Shahdara Assembly constituency are: 28°39'35.6"N 77°15'59.8"E. This constituency falls in Shahdara district of Delhi and in the East Delhi region. Shahdara shares its borders with five other Assembly constituencies. Other Delhi Assembly constituencies adjacent to Shahdara are: Vishwas Nagar, Krishna Nagar, Gandhi Nagar, Rohtas Nagar, Seemapuri. This constituency shares an inter-state border with Uttar Pradesh.
There were a total of 2,00,404 registered voters on the electoral rolls for the 2025 Assembly election in Shahdara Assembly constituency, of which 1,03,325 were male, 97,072 female and 7 of the third gender. In the 2020 Assembly elections, there were a total of 1,89,332 registered voters, of which 99,479 were male, 89,848 female and 5 from the third gender.
