In the 2018 Rajasthan Assembly elections, Dr Rajkumar Sharma of INC won in this seat defeating Ravi Saini of BJP by a margin of 36,500 which was 19.58% of the total votes cast for the seat. INC had a vote share of 42.69% in 2018 in this seat.
In 2013, Dr Rajkumar Sharma of IND emerged victorious in this seat beating Pratibha Singh of INC by a margin of 33,566 votes which was 20.91% of the total votes polled in the constituency. IND had a vote share of 47.88% in the seat.
In the 2008 elections, Dr Rajkumar Sharma of BSP won this seat beating Pratibha Singh of INC by a margin of 14,080 votes which was 11.68% of the total votes polled in the constituency. INC had a vote share of 41.71% in the seat.
