In the 2018 Rajasthan Assembly elections, Narendra Kumar of BJP won in this seat defeating Kum Rita Choudhary of INC by a margin of 2,346 which was 1.42% of the total votes cast for the seat. BJP had a vote share of 48.72% in 2018 in this seat.
In 2013, Narendra Kumar of IND emerged victorious in this seat beating Rita Choudhary of IND by a margin of 17,118 votes which was 11.93% of the total votes polled in the constituency. IND had a vote share of 40.85% in the seat.
