In the 2018 Rajasthan Assembly elections, Amin Kagzi of INC won in this seat defeating Mohan Lal Gupta of BJP by a margin of 8,770 which was 6.15% of the total votes cast for the seat. INC had a vote share of 49.95% in 2018 in this seat.
In 2013, Mohan Lal Gupta of BJP emerged victorious in this seat beating Amin Kagzi of INC by a margin of 9,685 votes which was 7.16% of the total votes polled in the constituency. BJP had a vote share of 50.47% in the seat.
In the 2008 elections, Mohan Lal Gupta of BJP won this seat beating Ask Ali Tak of INC by a margin of 4,739 votes which was 4.12% of the total votes polled in the constituency. INC had a vote share of 48.95% in the seat.
