In the 2018 Rajasthan Assembly elections, Murari Lal of INC won in this seat defeating Shankar Lal Sharma of BJP by a margin of 50,948 which was 29.58% of the total votes cast for the seat. INC had a vote share of 57.48% in 2018 in this seat.
In 2013, Shankar Lal Sharma of BJP emerged victorious in this seat beating Murari Lal of INC by a margin of 25,172 votes which was 17.63% of the total votes polled in the constituency. BJP had a vote share of 46.16% in the seat.
In the 2008 elections, Murari Lal Meena of BSP won this seat beating Ram Avtar Choudhary of INC by a margin of 1,102 votes which was 0.97% of the total votes polled in the constituency. INC had a vote share of 38.2% in the seat.
