In the 2018 Rajasthan Assembly elections, Pratap Singh Khachariyavas of INC won in this seat defeating Arun Chaturvedi of BJP by a margin of 18,078 which was 11% of the total votes cast for the seat. INC had a vote share of 53.53% in 2018 in this seat.
In 2013, Arun Chaturvedi of BJP emerged victorious in this seat beating Pratap Singh Khachariyawas of INC by a margin of 11,129 votes which was 7.39% of the total votes polled in the constituency. BJP had a vote share of 51.61% in the seat.
In the 2008 elections, Pratap Singh Khachariyawas of INC won this seat beating Ashok Lahoti of BJP by a margin of 6,961 votes which was 5.96% of the total votes polled in the constituency. BJP had a vote share of 49.82% in the seat.
