Election results

In the 2018 Rajasthan Assembly elections, Balwan of CPIM won in this seat defeating Sanjeev Kumar of BJP by a margin of 23,153 which was 11.45% of the total votes cast for the seat. CPIM had a vote share of 40.67% in 2018 in this seat.

In 2013, Sanjeev Kumar of BJP emerged victorious in this seat beating Balwan Singh Poonia of CPM by a margin of 26,488 votes which was 14.41% of the total votes polled in the constituency. BJP had a vote share of 35.39% in the seat.

In the 2008 elections, Jaideep of IND won this seat beating Sanjeev Kumar of INC by a margin of 35,275 votes which was 22.86% of the total votes polled in the constituency. INC had a vote share of 49.3% in the seat.
