Assembly constituency no.43. Morshi comprises of the following areas of Amravati district in the Vidharbha region of Maharashtra: Warud Tehsil, Morshi Tehsil (Part), Revenue Circle-Ambada, Hiwarkhed, Rithpur, Morshi and Morshi (MC).

This constituency covers an approximate area of 1324.08 square kilometers and the geographic coordinates of Sabalagadh is: 21°24'05.0"N 78°08'38.4"E.

A total of four Assembly constituencies in the state of Maharashtra share borders with Morshi constituency, which are: Achalpur, Teosa, Arvi, Katol. This constituency shares an inter-state border with Betul and Chhindwara districts of Madhya Pradesh.

In the 2019 Maharashtra Assembly elections, Devendra Mahadevrao Bhuyar of SWP won in this constituency beating Dr Anil Sukhdeorao Bonde of BJP by a margin of 9,772 votes which was 05.09% of the total votes cast. In 2014, Dr Anil Sukhdevrao Bonde of BJP was the winner in this seat beating Harshvardhan Pratapsinh Deshmukh of NCP by a margin of 40,162 votes which was 21.75% of the total votes polled in the constituency. In the 2009 Assembly elections, Dr Bonde Anil Sukhadeorao of IND won this seat defeating Nareshchandra Panjabrao Thakre of IND by a margin of 6,035 votes which was 3.65% of the total votes polled for the seat.
