There were a total of 5,76,505 registered voters on the electoral rolls for the 2024 Assembly election in Khadakwasala Assembly constituency, of which 3,03,684 were male, 2,72,780 female and 41 of the third gender. No. 153, Kopre village in Kothrud Revenue Circle shown as Ward No. 154, Kondhwe Dhavde village in Kothrud Revenue Circle shown as Ward No. 155, Pune M.Corp(Part) – Ward No. 31, 140, 144, 145, 149, 151,156, 158.

In the 2019 Maharashtra Assembly elections, Bhimrao (Anna) Dhondiba Tapkir of BJP won in this constituency beating Dodke Sachin Shivaji of NCP by a margin of 2,603 votes which was 01.04% of the total votes cast. In 2014, Tapkir Bhimrao Dhondiba of BJP was the winner in this seat beating Barate Dilip Prabhakar of NCP by a margin of 63,026 votes which was 26.8% of the total votes polled in the constituency. In the 2009 Assembly elections, Wanjale Ramesh Hiraman of MNS won this seat defeating Vikas Pandharinath Dangat of NCP by a margin of 22,518 votes which was 12.8% of the total votes polled for the seat.
