In the 2019 Maharashtra Assembly elections, Ratnakar Manikrao Gutte of RSPS won in this constituency beating Kadam Vishal Vijaykumar of SS by a margin of 17,876 votes which was 06.62% of the total votes cast. In 2014, Madhusudan Manikrao Kendre of NCP was the winner in this seat beating Gutte Ratnakar Manikrao of RSPS by a margin of 2,289 votes which was 0.9% of the total votes polled in the constituency. In the 2009 Assembly elections, Ghandat (Mama) of IND won this seat defeating Dr Kendre Madhusudan Manikrao of BJP by a margin of 18,880 votes which was 8.69% of the total votes polled for the seat.
