There were a total of 2,88,141 registered voters on the electoral rolls for the 2024 Assembly election in Devlali Assembly constituency, of which 1,48,900 were male, 1,39,239 female and 2 of the third gender. This constituency covers an approximate area of 670.24 square kilometers and the geographic coordinates of Sabalagadh is: 20°39'49.3"N 78°29'01.0"E.

A total of seven Assembly constituencies in the state of Maharashtra share borders with Devlali constituency, which are: Nashik West, Nashik Central, Nashik East, Dindo, Niphad, Sinnar, Igatpuri. This constituency shares an inter-state border with .

In the 2019 Maharashtra Assembly elections, Saroj Babulal Ahire of NCP won in this constituency beating Yogesh Babanrao Gholap of SS by a margin of 41,644 votes which was 28.69% of the total votes cast. In 2014, Gholap Yogesh(Bapu) Babanrao of SS was the winner in this seat beating Sadafule Ramdas Dayaram(Baba) of BJP by a margin of 28,171 votes which was 21.23% of the total votes polled in the constituency. In the 2009 Assembly elections, Gholap Baban Shankar of SS won this seat defeating Nanasaheb Sampatrao Sonawane of NCP by a margin of 10,120 votes which was 8.56% of the total votes polled for the seat.
