In 2014, Kul Rahul Subhashrao of RSPS was the winner in this seat beating Ramesh Kisan Thorat of NCP by a margin of 11,345 votes which was 5.69% of the total votes polled in the constituency. In the 2009 Assembly elections, Rameshrao Kisan Thorat of IND won this seat defeating Adv Rahul Subhashrao Kul of NCP by a margin of 17,442 votes which was 9.91% of the total votes polled for the seat.
