In 2014, Savarkar Randhir Pralhadrao of BJP was the winner in this seat beating Bhade Haridas Pandhari of BBM by a margin of 2,440 votes which was 1.45% of the total votes polled in the constituency. In the 2009 Assembly elections, Bhade Haridas Pandhari of BBM won this seat defeating Gulabrao Ramrao Gawande of SS by a margin of 14,244 votes which was 9.62% of the total votes polled for the seat.
