In the 2019 Haryana Assembly elections, Rajesh Nagar of BJP won in this constituency beating Lalit Nagar S/O Sh. Bharat Singh of INC by a margin of 33,841 votes which was 19.99% of the total votes cast. In 2014, Lalit Nagar of INC was the winner in this seat beating Rajesh Nagar of BJP by a margin of 2,938 votes which was 1.97% of the total votes polled in the constituency. In the 2009 Assembly elections, Krishan Pal of BJP won this seat defeating Lalit Nager of INC by a margin of 818 votes which was 0.94% of the total votes polled for the seat.
