Okhla shares its borders with five other Assembly constituencies. Other Delhi Assembly constituencies adjacent to Okhla are: Kalkaji, Tughlakabad, Badarpur, Jangpura, Patparganj. This constituency shares an inter-state border with Uttar Pradesh.
There were a total of 3,79,509 registered voters on the electoral rolls for the 2025 Assembly election in Okhla Assembly constituency, of which 2,19,300 were male, 1,60,205 female and 4 of the third gender. In the 2020 Assembly elections, there were a total of 3,35,077 registered voters, of which 1,99,521 were male, 1,35,525 female and 31 from the third gender.
