Andhra Pradesh will vote in simultaneous Assembly elections along with the Lok Sabha polls in the April-May cycle. The tenure of the current Assembly ends on June 11, 2024. Jagan Mohan Reddy's YSR Congress Party had swept the 2019 elections with 151 seats in the 175-member Assembly. This time, the BJP has struck up an alliance with Chandrababu Naidu's TDP and Pawan Kalyan's Jana Sena. The Indian National Congress does not have any alliance in the southern state.
